Dekalb Market

There's a new market in town this summer...can't wait to see what it brings to a shopping strip that could use an infusion of energy and enthusiasm. Also, though I love the Brooklyn Flea, I think the more and different types of these kind of independent venues that feature local entrepreneurs and handmade artisans, the better it is for both vendors and consumers. More diversity = healthy competition = more options.

Plus they have this awesome competition for the most creative and innovative use of a shipping container. Can't wait to see what bright idea wins. Bring on the summer markets!
